Enough, the Dems are holding 863 articles in order to undermine the CA State Budget that can be held until Sep 30, http://www.mercurynews.com/opinion/ci_10401023. The republicans are going back on their words and stalling the process. And now they may have up until Jan 1???? What in the heck is going on? There is no way as responsible citizens of this great state of CA we can tolerate this. Second, who knows how to go about getting some change on the policies on CA State budget submittal and approval?? We need to rectify this process immediately as these loopholes are completely unproductive and just plain nonsense.
